• Engagement data - whether and when you open your report and interact with it, so we can follow up helpfully.

• To run the audit you requested and deliver your report.
• To contact you about your results if you ask us to, or to offer help addressing the findings.
• To prevent abuse of the scanner and keep the service secure.
• To improve our service.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the service:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) - to send report and notification emails.
• Google - the PageSpeed Insights API, to measure the performance of the website you submit.
• DigitalOcean - hosting.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. A session cookie is used only for staff signing in to the admin area.

5. Data retention

We keep scan results and lead details for as long as necessary to provide and improve the service and to follow up where appropriate. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion.
